Refund policy

At Mikado Shoes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent refund process.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only issued for items returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

  • ❌ If the parcel is opened, the product will NOT be eligible for a refund.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
